Laura is an award winning, post graduate qualified Marketing and PR Strategist, Producer & Author with over 25 years experience spanning a range of industries.
She holds post grad qualifications in strategic communications, PR and a Mini MBA in Marketing. She is Prince 2 Project Management trained and has a wealth of training in the documentary sphere including production and directing through AFTRS.
Laura has decades experience within international aid development, environmental issues, social impact, higher education and state and federal government. She has significant board and leadership experience including on Action for Happiness Australia, Federal Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workers Board, Federal Mental Health Advisory Board.
Laura has directed and produced many national stage shows and was credited with bringing burlesque to Australia through the voodoo trash dolls. She has developed a wide array of short films for corporates and government including scriptwriting and producing. She is credited with 3 Executive Producer roles currently in progress for long form documentaries. In addition, she has been a publicist for Hollywood actor Crispin Glover Martin Atkins as well as working with a swathe of bands on tour including 28 days for a 46 date national tour, flogging molly, brother ali, cypress hill through her roles with gashe, heavyweight tv and more.
